Kiawah Island is a special place for both of us, and we are so excited to share some of our favorite spots with all of you! From the miles of pristine beaches and marshland, incredible dining options, shopping and recreational activities to world class golf and tennis, Kiawah has a little something for everyone.

Golf on Kiawah Island

Kiawah is home to many amazing golf courses. We suggest getting in a round if you have time. It’s important to reserve tee times in advance as they book quickly.

Kiawah Beach

Please enjoy the beach while in town! You can call and reserve chairs/umbrellas for the day through Island Beach Services.

Biking

Kiawah is an amazing place to bike, either on the designated bike paths that run throughout the island or directly on the beach. If you are staying at The Sanctuary, bikes will be made available to you through the hotel. Otherwise, you can rent bikes from Kiawah Resort , Island Bike and Surf Shop, or Seacoast Sports.

Tennis & Pickle Ball

Visit the Roy Barth Tennis Center located near The Sanctuary.

The Atlantic Room - Overlooks the sunset on The Ocean Course. Open for dinner daily.

Jasmine Porch at The Sanctuary - Lowcountry cuisine open for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner.

The Ocean Room at The Sanctuary - Premiere Steakhouse overlooking the ocean. Five-Star Rated and your most upscale option. Open for dinner only.

The Ryder Cup Bar at the Ocean Course - Casual cocktails, lunch, and dinner with views of the Ocean Course. Both indoor and outdoor seating on a first come, first serve basis.

Player's Pub at Cougar Point Clubhouse - Classic American fare with an elevated bar and diverse menu. Indoor and patio dining open for lunch and dinner.

Tomasso at Turtle Point - Indoor and outdoor dining open for lunch and dinner.

Hege's Restaurant- French bistro, open for dinner only.

Cafe Eugenia- Great sandwiches, salads, and baked goods. Open for breakfast and lunch.

Forty-Eight Wine Bar & Kitchen- Low-country classics, known for the crab cakes.

Cantina 76- Casual Mexican, great tacos.

La Tela Pizzeria- Gar's favorite pizza, open for dinner only.

Fuji Sushi Bar & Grill- Hibachi, seafood, and sushi.
